Tobey has really started to come out of his shell during the short time he's been in his foster home. This 10 month old puppy came from a puppy mill where he and his littermates were neglected. Since coming into his foster home Tobey has learned that not all people are bad! He loves treats and pets, playing with his foster siblings, and is getting more comfortable on leashed walks. He's neutered and 90% house broken. Tobey is crated trained although he does sometimes bark while getting settled. A fenced yard and another sibling are required for Tobey. He will also require life long grooming. Tobey will need more socialization, because of this we are looking for a home with older children(or no children) who can respect his space as he transitions to a new home.
