Melvin might just be the floopiest flopper we have ever met. Mel was found as a stray, sat in a shelter for about 3 weeks and then joined Magics Mission. In foster, he has done very well with resident dogs, cat...literally anyone he just loves!! He is house-trained and wants to be everyone's friend. Loves literally nothing more than cuddling and belly rubs with his humans (see pics!) If you don't like loving, cuddly babies, this is not the dog for you (and you might be a monster, jk...maybe).
